Hi. This is a website dedicated to Persian food and Persian Fine Cuisine. For a long time was looking for a place on the internet that was solely dedicated to Persian cooking and I couldn't find one. So I decided to create one with the cooking knowledge of myself, my wife and my mom. Most of the recipes here the way that I have learned to cook. Some recipes I have gathered from the internet and since it has been a long time since their collection, I do not know who to give credit for. I will try to put up recipes of different Iranian foods and deserts and hopefully dedicate one section for the readers to submit their recipes and interact. Let's spread our culture and introduce our fine cuisine to everyone around the world.
